1. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer the following shipping methods:
Standard Shipping:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the total weight of your order. These costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
2. Shipping Locations
We ship to the following locations:
- Domestic: India Now Tamil Nadu Only regular shipping Out of Tamil Nadu the shipping cost will be changed on state
- International: Not applicable now
Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Shipping Delays
Please be aware that our shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. While we strive to meet these timelines, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, or other logistical issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance processes.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
Sakthi Nighties is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
